best video card for a stand alone mame box

Hey, I was wondering what video card would be best to use for a stand alone mame system. I'm starting to build the box that will serve as my cabinet brain...

I have a couple video cards laying around here like an original Voodoo Banshee and a Voodoo 3500TV AGP (i sort of use this one).

I will buy a new one if I have to but if anyone here knows of a reason (or reasons) that I shouldn't.. PLEASE LET ME KNOW =D

Also... since we're talking about systems (at least I am). Here are the specs for my mame system.

p3 600
256mb ram
40 gig hdd
video card = ?
sound blaster AWE (old school =D)
and some other stuff that doesn't contribute to the gameplay (100mbit ethernet for stuff like adding new roms and managing the box, etc).

Is this too much? Too little? I would like to play games like stun runner if possible but not if its gonna cost me an extra 2-300 bucks for a hardcore vid card or a better cpu..
