Yeh, macmame running on my kids iMac ROCKS!!! I used a cheap pentium running dos for my cocktail. But I've seen mame on higher end pc's. Something about the way it works on the mac does just look nice. If someone just wanted to do a control panel, not a full cab, you could buy one of the cheap gravis playstation look alike usb controls from Wal-mart. Buy your arcade controls and wire them up to the gravis. MacMame works with it good using imput sprockets. I plan to do this for my kids computer cause MacMame plays every single rom great on their iMac. Plus with virtual gamestation you get real good playstation emulator as well.
