The only concern I have is that you said the Arkanoid spinner you have is from HAPP. Are you sure that it is a Happ controls spinner? I looked at a freinds Arkanoid and it is not.
A Happ PCB is small - about 1.5" x 2" - and has a 4 pin header on it for the cable.
