Yup. It's that one they (happ-controls) sell over their website.

Yes. The web-site TEHRASHA mentioned in a reply to the posting, helped me a lot. It works (at least) under windows 98 now. ( moving mouse-cursor with the spinner from left to right and back...)

I am now trying to bring that thing under pure DOS to fly.

I probably also have to tell arkanoid / mame that there is now a mouse instead of just
