Multiple Rom Paths In ArcadeOS?

I figure it's possible to do this, but I have 2 questions - First of all, can a single emulator in Arcade OS look for ROMs in 2 directories across 2 drives? Second, can it look for roms in a different directory when you switch emulators?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, I'm sure it's easy and I'll look stupid, but I'd love to know how!
