Cabinet Ready To Construct : 4 Player Arcade games Question

Hey Everyone ,
Well All the pieces for my cabinet are cut ou and ready to be put together.
But just now ive had a small change of heart.
Ive decided to make it a 4 player cabinet, just much more social and the prospect of 4 player TMNT and WWF Wrestlefest is just too much :)

But Anyway I have a few questions before I do commit myself to 4p.

1. What are some other 4 player games ? Many other goodies ???
2. I was thinking of using an I-PAC , What would be the optimum number of buttons and everything I could/should use ? ( because by my count im going to need more than 27 inputs ? )
3. How many buttons per player should I have ?
4. Will I need 4 coin insert buttons ??
