: I have baiscally your setup except I have the Trident Blade3d instead of the Voodoo3. You can use Mon-Arc with it as well. My machine has a dual boot menu and I can pick DOS/ArcadeOS/VsyncMAME or Windows. 640x480 isn't too bad. There is a little flicker because it's interlaced but very usable on a standard res monitor. I've been able to run a bunch of DOS games as well.
