My ATX power on problem -- If you were curious how I solved it.

Well, as it turns out, this motherboard did not have the "resume after power failure" option but it DID have a "power on password" option. Something I could type at the keyboard to power up the machine. So, I made the power on password 56 (i.e. press 1p coinup and 2p coinup and the "enter" button) and she powers up.

Not the best solution in the world but better than reaching inside the cabinet every time or shorting wires on my power supply.
