My setup is just the reverse of yours. It looks like you power on the cabinet and want the PC to power on.

I power on my PC and have it control the cabinet.

I spliced in a Happs momentary button to the PC switch to turn it on and off. I use a X10 (www.x10.com) appliance controller (15 amp switchin) to power on the cabinet and the speakers. When I exit ArcadeOS, it powers off the cabinet and powers down the PC.

I also added a couple of LEDs to my panel for the power and harddrive light so I can see what the PC is doing.
