I am running my card in straight 98,with no gui option set. I have a menu setup to boot to 98 if necessary, (just holding down a key will boot to 98 and I have the blade 3D driver my startup group). I only use windows to do updates to the system, I have a network card installed and connect to my other machine to copy files. I am just using arcadeos in arcade monitor mode, with a mame.cfg generated straight from vsyncmame, with use 15khz set to yes. I cannot understand why you would not be able to get your monitor to sync properly. ? I did not change any settings when I changed from my voodoo 3. How is your cable setup? Does this occur with any other card?
