This is what the connector looks like...

R G B E H V

There were pins at R,G,B, H, & V, but nothing at E (?). This may sound silly, but does E stand for Earth? (Instead of Ground) If so, do I connect the pin 5 ground from the VGA cable or the sheilding wire (the chassis)?
