: Couple of questions, first
: Has anybody got a way to make an old ATARI trackball work with a PC? ( and are thy worth the trouble?)

No idea, BUT.....

: Second

: TV's and MAME, im trying to decide on a TV or a PC monitior and im looking at pros and cons. TV is bigger, but do i need more then a 19-21 inch screen?
: I like the TV idea becuase of price ( and it can be used for lots of other stuff) but is it blurry? and If you are using a TV, what are you using? TVs in the 25 range all seem to be $190 to $300, and that is pretty cheap ( to me at least), but what should a guy look for? If i could bring it home, hook it up and test it ...it would be easy, but i cant :(
: A PC monitor seems the easist route, but even a cheap used 21 is $300+

: thanks to all who reply..this forum is excellent for Info

TV's are good, as long as it has Svideo, and your video card has svideo out, (with DOS support), or you'll need a good scan converter, which would bring the price up to about the same cost of the PC monitor. You should be able to get up to 1024x768, unlimited colors, but high res small text such as windows icon text and also DOS text would be blurry.
