I used to own a WGU3100 (until It fell one day) :( and unfortunately I didn't have any problems like the ones you are having. I have a few things to check, though...

1) Play around with the Horizontal & vertical hold on the external control panel - if *everything* is scrolling this might help.

2) If you are using ArcadeOS, make sure you have the default values for the sync of the monitor (I think it's something like 105 and 9). Also, make sure INCABINET = 0. Because it *is* a VGA monitor, although it has the feel of an arcade monitor.

3) The same goes for MAME as in #2. Check your mame.cfg file and make sure 'monitor = standard'. I hope this helps
