ArcadeOS can create two keys from one

It's not quite what you want but with ArcadeOS you can make one key press equal two different ones.

I only have one coin slot on my system and some games keep credits for Player 1 and Player 2. So for those games I set up ArcadeOs so that when "5" is pressed it actually presses "5" & "6". So for every credit I get a credit for each player.

I don't think you can do 3 keystrokes but I haven't really looked.
