I agree with Just Michael. The Abit KT7-Raid looks like one of the best all-around Socket A mobos on the market. However, there have been some reports of instability in the ABit KT7 on the alt.comp.periphs.mainboard.abit Usenet newsgroup. So before buying, you may want to look over some of the messages in there. Most were pertaining to Geforce cards and IRQ conflicts (because the PCs were filled to the rim with PCI cards).

: I'm not made of money so I want to keep the costs down. I think I'll go with the Duron as it seems like the most power for the price by far. Looks like this thing's gonna run circles around the Celery. Anyway my questions:

: What is the absolute best motherboard for the Duron? If it is overly expensive what is the best one that is relatively affordable?
