I will be buying a computer for school within the next month that will be my gaming/emulation machine as well.... need some help deciding.

I'm not made of money so I want to keep the costs down. I think I'll go with the Duron as it seems like the most power for the price by far. Looks like this thing's gonna run circles around the Celery. Anyway my questions:

What is the absolute best motherboard for the Duron? If it is overly expensive what is the best one that is relatively affordable?

ATX or AT?
