: If i can use dual rotating sticks with your encoder along with the others, i might consider it.

It can be used along with anything. It is just another board that plugs into a keyboard encoder so it's more like an adapter for a joystick, more than a sort of keyboard or optical encoder interface that goes to the computer...

:do i want a total of three different boards?
:I am almost convinced to buy the one from Happ Controls that lets you hook it all up. Only problem is I don't think you can use rotating sticks with theirs. i'm not sure.

I don't think you can. The rotary sticks are just a custom unit that need conversion to be compatible with the keyboard encoder inputs and that's where this device comes in. I don't know of any other way to use that type of rotary joystick, there is no known universal encoder that allows the joystick to plug in, so this device gives the joystick direct plug and play compatibility with any keyboard encoder as if the device were mounted inside the rotary joystick and you had left and right output button switches to connect to the keyboard encoder instead of the 13 pin mystery cable.
