Scrambled picture in arcadeOS

Please give me a hand... I have almost finished my pc2jamma project and I having a major bug with the arcade monitor. When I start arcadeOS it's working fine. The image is pretty good but as soon as I start a game the screen get scrambled with plenty of lines moving up and down. I know that it must be a setting in mame but wich one ?
Note: am running arcadeos 2.47 and mame 059B
