Can you please tell me how I can play more than two players on a 4-player jamma board with the Super Nova home arcade system?

I was told that I need to directly harness a Sega Genesis controller on the jamma board itself.

But I am wondering, are there arcade controllers that have the necessary harnesses that will fit right onto the jamma board 3rd and 4th player needles?

Or perhaps some sort of special kit that will accept an arcade controller and fit it on directly on a jamma board needle set?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am trying to play 4-players on WWF Wrestlefest.
