The other message board - Choices need to be made

Either someone please fix the other board, or answer my posts here.

I log in there, then I can't post, because when I hit "post a message" I am GUEST again. In fact when I click ANYTHING after logging in, I become GUEST again.

Long and short of it, I can't post there, so I have to post here. Please someone answer.
