A big AdvanceMAME & ArcadeOS problem! HELP!

Hello everyone,

I am using the latest AdvanceMAME and ArcadeOS and when I try to start probably at least half of the 800 ROMs I have I get the error:

“Unable to start video emulation”

It appears to be an error coming from ArcadeOS. I have deleted any related CFG files, and some of the ROMs worked when I was using regular DOS MAME so this one has me stumped.

I would GREATLY appreciate any help anyone can provide.

p.s. – I’ve tried using the –quiet switch in AdvanceMAME by putting it in the ArcadeOS cfg file but when I do it won’t start AdvanceMAME at all. Anyone solved this one yet?
