NewEgg.com has two ati sections.....
Ati and "powered by ati"
The powered by ati cards are cheap pos's made by the same companies that make the cheap pos invidia cards with the poor tv-out. They use the same tv-out chipset as the invida guys, and thus suck.
If you stick to the true ati section however, you can still get some good deals.
I just about bought one of these "powered by ati" cards, so I thought I would give fair warning.
And as for the drivers, ati is slow to put them out for special cases like the A-I-W boards, but for a straight ati card, I've never had any probs as they can use pretty generic drivers and still have good performance.
: The 7200 models should be avoided, consider a 7500 model, or a radeon ve if your buget is tight. You'll get a good deal at newegg.com either way.
