Don't get the ELSA cards as the TV-Out will not work with many motherboards. They have the worst drivers around and the VIVO module sucks as well for them.
: TvTool works for some tv-out chips, but not all of them. There are several chips used depending on which mfr and which model board you have.
: However, if you get a GeForce card w/ VIDEO-IN capability as well as VIDEO-OUT, it does perfect full screen s-vid out without having to use TvTool. This is because the combo VIVO chip (by Philips) does good tv-out right out of the box, unlike video-out only Chrontel and Conexant chips.

: : Hello,
: : You might want to try out a program called TvTool. It is only like $9.70 to register it. It can be found here;

: : I never use the TV out functions built in to the geforce anymore. With TvTool I can run at 640x480 with a slight bit of overscan to my television screen. Basically, I get full screen in just about all games.
: : Note: I use the stretch mame feature (with correct aspect ratio) so most games will fill the 640x480 screen.
: : Hope this helps you out some...
