Help Compare 2 WG monitors $ for Feature

Hello,
I was hoping you could help me figure out the differences between two monitors I was considering purchasing. The first it the D9200 and the second is the U3000, both in 27". I found a couple differences:
1. The U3000 was advertised witht he CRT Etch: polished faceplate. Does anyone know if the D9200 come like that as well? (1st time monitor purchase)
2. The U3000 has .84mm Phosphor Trio Spacing, and the D9200 has .71mm. Is smaller better?
3. The U3000 vert. refresh is 60-70 hz, where as the D9200 is 45-90 hz. Am I right to assume that a wider range is better/safer?
4. The U3000 light output is 40ft-L min , and the D9200 is 70ft-L min. I have no idea what this means. Does anyone else?
5. The monitor will be going into a Konami 4-player Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cabinet. Are the depths of either monitor going to cause a problem as far as anyone knows?
6. Will the 15-pin D-sub input be able to plug directly into a typical VGA videocard?
