Anyone know of any wireless pc joysticks?

I've been searching aroudn the web a bit and didn't find much that looked perfect, I'm looking for either a) an adaptor that makes a regular PC joystick into a wireless joystick, or b) a wireless joystick.

I'd prefer (a).
