I would not spend the money to have it printed.

It is very easy to just measure your drill points based on your drawing. ICPD won't really help you lay it out to spec like a drafting program would. I just took an extra 15 minutes and made my measurement by hand, triple checked them, then took the plung and drilled/cut my cp. I never even considered paying money just to use the print out as a template.
