If anyone wants to write it here is a good idea to distribute roms. Takes a program called gnut and right an app to access it. gnut is a command line version of gnutella. Have the program you create look through your rom directory for roms your missing then search gnutella for them. Then download the one that is the correct size so you don't get partial files. It should work and be fairly easy to write. The only downfall is that unless people use it or another gnutella client there won't be any roms available to get.
