Arcade on a TV

Hi all

I have looked through the messageboard and could not find the answers to my questions so please forgive me in advance if these questions have appeared previously

I am trying to setup an arcade machine using a TV. I have bought a graphics card with an ATi Mobility chipset. Is it possible to run MAME on a TV using DOS 6.22. I want to run ArcadeOS with dmame and have the graphics on a large TV.

Has anybody done this ?
If so, what do I need to do to get this to work ?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
