ISA?? You gotta be kidding me :)

I can't imagine why you'd need this antiquated hardware, but if you're serious, I'd suggest eBay. I see over 40 ISA Sound Blasters there, and several S3 Trios as well. Most of the auctions are flagged as "will ship to United States only" but I'm sure if you email the sellers some of them at least will be willing to deal.
