What I mean is that two of the joysticks have an adjustable shaft length enabling them to be mounted in wood or metal. However altering the shaft length presumably alters the length of the joystick's throw and therefore its feel. I'm wondering whether the joysticks have been optimised for wood or metal mounting. I realise that any comments about a joysticks 'feel' are always going to be subjective.
