How do i get my NES-pads to work in win2000?

I tried to get it to work with DirectPad Pro, but it looks like the drivers doesn't work in windows 2000. Also tried PSJoyPad but it only supports playstation and snes pads.

Anyone knows any drivers that work in windows 2000?
