Seems like there is no vertical sync at all. Is the keyboard cable plugged into the PC, which powers the J-PAC?

After I get it to stop it has the bottom of the screen on top and the top on bottom with a big black bar in the middle. It's like the vert hold is sync'd up wrong. Hopefully you guys can understand this. I'll post a pic of it when I get my Digital camera back today.
