It depends upon your pc monitor. Mine doesn't support a 15Khz signal but it will also tell me the signal is out of the proper range and doesn't display it.

: Prior to hooking my arcade monitor up I want to go ahead and set all the software up for the arcade monitor and the 15kHz signal. Is it safe for me to do this and use the PC monitor? TIA
