pitfighter resolution and winbased emu

I just aquired a pitfighter cab and would like to know what resolution it operates at and if it is possible to run windows98 on this resolution. I would like to run c64 and amiga emulators in my cab ( in addition to mame of course.
btw what resultion does streetfighter II ce run at
