Which ATI card for S Video output with MAME32?

I am finishing my cabinet and am updating its computer. I need to know which ATI video card will be best for S Video Out when using MAME32 with a television. I have reviewed some prior posts but don't know if they take into account the new "Hardware Stretching", etc. with the newer version of MAME. Thanks!
