1.4 athlon would be my guess. I have a 1ghz athlon and only a few slow down. (remember that athlons run better then intels per clockspeed in general, and much better in emulation)
I question some of the games as unoptimized. (harddrivin I get 74% fps).. but not worried about that one. Garou runs 200fps+.
