Something with the key repeat/delay in Windows, maybe? Remember, all the buttons are mapped to keystrokes.
Also, what motherboard are you using? The original VIA KT266 chipset has some USB issues....
Hello! I few months ago I designed and built an arcade controller based around an I-PAC, but now I've noticed a few problems. The control is 2 Happ Super-8's and 16 total Happ competition push buttons (6 per player, 2 start, 2 insert coin). I've noticed that when two people are playing, the controls become highly unstable... i.e. directions will work sometimes, buttons become unresponsive, there will be long pauses with no movement, etc. I'm using the latest Mame32 under Windows XP Pro with my I-PAC set to USB and MAME settings. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing the unresponsive behavior? I've checked all my soldering and connections; there are no loose wires.
