I moved the Hiscore.dat file to the C:\mame directory and restarted Mame, and Played a couple of games of Ms.Pac-man and pressed escape and then went back into Ms.Pac-Man and there was no high score, It was blank,

Maybe somebody can send me their high score file that it creates, maybe it will work then.
