: Did you unzip the hiscore.dat file into your main Mame directory? Does your Mame directory have a subdirectory called "HI"? You may also want to grab the other .dat files, like cheat, history, & mameinfo for the full mame experience. :) : : : I downloaded the files and extracted them into the c:\Mame\hi directory, I went play Ms. PacMan and got to like 32460 points, i hit escape, then reloaded the game the the highscore area was blank again. : : : Any other ideas? : : : Las : : Also I checked to see if the Directory info was correct for Hi Scores and it points to the C:\Mame\Hi directory, Maybe I jave a bogus Rom of Ms. Pac-Man, I'll go try Pac-Man and see if it saves.
