Matt,

If you really want it locked down, attach a switch *inside* your coin door. My old Defender cab had a "setup" switch mounted inside the door, but I ignored it because I didn't mind having administrative buttons on the top. But, you could follow that lead and mount a small bracket with several tiny pushbuttons on it that would swing out when the door is opened. That way, no button combos would allow access to the OS.

: I am building a MAME cabinet, I don't want it to be obvious that theres a personal computer inside the arcade cabinet, much less one that has the Windows operating system, I am going to use the great frontend ArcadeFX I know there are others (haven't tried) but this seems to do everything I have wanted, and looks great too, I plan on booting it with Windows 98 (any unforseen problems??) so this thing will look just like the ultimate arcade cabinet it really is, it will accept coins also, so wheres everyone hide the "ESC" button to exit there games to get back to there frontend?? I don't want it obvious or somewhere a kid could be hitting it, and I don't want to have to use the keyboard (thanks to ArcadeFX) or have to open anything, any suggestions or help??
