You can get the plastic T-Molding and Slot Cutter at Rockler.com
http://www.rockler.com/findit.cfm?page=1181
Use 13/16'' molding for laminated sheet goods (requires a slot cutter with a 5/64'' kerf)
: I can't remember the url, but there is a place online that offers t-molding for use with laminate. It is slightly wider, and has the vane offset a bit, so that you still center your groove on the mdf (or whatever), and the extra offset width hides the edge of the laminate.
