IPAC Instruction Card, any one want to tackle it?

Hey, I'm a software engineer, not a graphic designer.
Someone want to make an instuction card that looks liek an authentic arcade instruction card BUT it is geared towards IPAC. Like explaining how to quit games, hit tab.
Since it would have to look authentic it will need tiny pics.
