Setup the default player 1, button 1 - 10 and I think only the very very weird ones wont use them (mahjong mainly) and you might have to modify the individual game or two by hand.

btw, this is where getting a RF wireless mouse and keyboard is great. You can have them sitting next to your cabinet and when you need a keyboard you bring it up. Nothing on the outside of the cabinet (why RadioFrequency is better then led).

btw, they go for about 30-40 bucks on ebay for the rf keyboard/mouse combos
