Well I've got my 16mb g400 hooked up to my 25" wells-gardner through a j-pac, and am using "g400interlace" to output at 15khz in windows 98. Unfortunately, the screen rolls. I can adjust the "v-hold" knob to stop the rolling (it's very sensitive though, and takes about 2-3 minutes of careful fiddling to achieve a stable picture), but as soon as I do something in windows that alters the display drastically (opening a new window to view a directory for example) the roll slowly starts again, independant of any physical contact with the monitor controls.
The monitor displayed a stable picture running it's jamma board, and displayed a stable picture running arcadeOS in dos with a Voodoo 3500, so I'm a at a bit of a loss; it's nice that I have windows, but if the roll can't be dealt with, my project has been turned on it's head, expecially given that I'm using USB controls. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Garv
