It depends on wether you need 5 or 12 volts to power the light. Probably only need 5 volts as that is what powers most coinop/pinball lights(RED may also be Orange on some supplies) and a ground either black will work as ground.

Standard PC Power Plug Pin Wire Color Signal
1 Yellow +12v
2 Black Ground
3 Black Ground
4 Red +5v
