I drew the radius(for the rounded front)with a big compass then used a bansaw, then sanded it down.. it's amazing material to work with!

I don't think they are the Wico Microswitch Joysticks... I know they came out of some arcade machine(though I don't know which one) a guy I work with owned in his arcade and he gave them to me.. there are 4.. 2 shades of blue and 2 shades of purple(I plan on using the 2 blue). They don't seem like you have to move them that far to get them to click. I could be wrong... Pic 1,Pic 2,Pic 3.
I was under the assumption that the Wico joysticks didn't have the rubber gasket piece and did it some other way which was why they felt wierd.
: The panel looks real good. I wish they made more colors like red or purple or black.
