If hitting refresh/reload doesn't work clear out your "temporary internet files" (from the tools menu in IE) whatever your browser calls its cache.
: sorry about this, something's screwy with the bbs, the only way to find it seems to be to post... i'm currently looking at a bbs that only shows messages until 1/24, and posting worked before to see the new stuff).
