Where can I get a control panel overlay like the one on Hanaho's Hotrod?

I'm looking for a purple melamine laminate that resembles hanaho's Hotrod SE, obviously without the markings. Anyone know where I can find such a thing? I've checked all my local stores, and the web, but have found nothing.
