Nuh uh. From his Ordering FAQ:

Why only through email?
About 50% of stock is obsolete and when it is gone it is gone!

In particular, his list includes:
Happ Competition Joysticks Blue/Red/Black $8.50

...but when I emailed him to order, he said they were out of stock and he rarely carries them.

So it's all about price?
