I just placed an order two weeks ago. Got everyting within 5 days. I ordered trackball, supers, buttons, marquee holder. A few of the buttons were on backorder so I ordered them from videoconnect. They arrived in 3 days.

What of your items are on backorder?

Also, when you check out online it tells you what you have ordered that is on backorder and it gives you the option to ship the items they have in stock and the back ordered items can be shipped when they come in.
